The ADLAA Board will welcome alumni to the 2012 ANNUAL REUNION

Many of you will remember, from last year’s reunion or other ADLAA events, the Oakley Country Club’s beautiful near-town location. If you haven’t seen it before, you can preview the club at www.oakleycountryclub.org.

Reservations will be taken on a first come/first serve basis, with a final deadline of Wednesday, September 5, 2012. As soon as you make firm plans to attend, let us know via the Contact form on the website (www.ADLAA.org) or via USPS to ADLAA, PO Box 222, Arlington, MA, 02476-0222. Once Oakley’s full capacity (225 people) is reached, we will create a wait list, giving preference to ADLAA members whose dues have already been paid.
ADLAA members in good standing – which means those who have paid their dues for 2012 – are entitled to a special discounted reunion rate of $35/person if they have registered for the event and sent in a payment to the ADLAA, PO Box (address above) by August 27, 2012. After August 27, the member’s rate will become $40/person. The rate for non-members, including guests of members, will always be $45/person for this reunion.

Reminder: ADLAA has had to set a cancellation policy. See Policy. If you register but then find you must cancel, let us know by September 5th, so we can refund your fee. After that date we will be obliged to pay Oakley, so you have an obligation to pay us.
